This action has come to fruition and Motive Art Academy welcomes all to enjoy the beautiful space. Jessica is joined by co-founders Maya Corona, Mayeli Pina, Milena Vasquez-Mathewson, Karen Riley and Viviana Pacheco. In addition there are many other local talents to influence and delight you.

Jessica Armas Noda
Artist / Founder / Owner
Jessica is a passionate visual artist. Being an art lover and a people person, Jessica has really enjoyed getting to know and supporting other artists. For that reason she founded Motive; she wants to inspire everyone around and bring joy to the world.
Karen Riley
Artist / Founder
Karen is a born and raised Calgarian artist. She Is a mixed media artist who takes her inspiration from nature and human emotions to create something unique, that expresses that feeling.
Viviana Pacheco
Artist / Founder
Viviana is a Calgary based artist that creates vibrant paintings in a style all her own. Her passion for painting comes through with her ability to use art as a way to express joy.
Maya Corona
Artist / Founder
Maya is a Calgary based artist, designer and unshakable optimist. Living a creative life enables Maya to express things most people can’t see at first. For Maya, it’s about listening to your inner self and putting it out there as art.
Milena Vasquez
Artist / Founder
Milena is a visual artist and photographer based in Moh’kinsstis – Calgary, where she practices photography and mixed media to meditate and explore her emotions.
Mayely Pina
Artist / Founder
Mayeli is a visual artist, based in Calgary. Passionate about colours, textures and diversity of mediums, May expresses gratitude, hope and resilience through her art with the intention to transmit positive emotions.
