June 24th, 11:00am – 1:00pm Ages: teenager-adult Do you need to add a little more calmness in your day and take away the stresses of everyday life? Zen doodles can help you do that. One of the most therapeutic activities I have found. In this workshop, we will create three zen doodles. We can try different styles and different words. Use any words you would like that brings calmness and healing to your life. After you learn this skill, you can pull it out on a stressful, bad day and turn the day around to be relaxing and serene. I look forward to passing on some zen skills for you. All supplies are included.
